The course program

Stage 1: Words and grammar

In these classes/lessons, students will become familiar with the technical vocabulary used by testers when describing defects, writing reports, and composing test cases.

For what: writing test documentation.

Stage 2: Business correspondence

Students will learn more about the structure and writing styles of emails and work chat messages as well as discover how to apply text templates in practice.

For what: communication with colleagues and clients.

Stage 3: Verbal communication

Group members will practice in conducting small talk and dialogue at a meeting, participate in online calls, learn how to ask and answer questions.

For what: interaction with the team.

Upon completion of the training, all students will get personal certificates.

The students showing the most notable achievements will receive letters of recommendation, which will greatly complement the resume of a junior QA tester.
